Stress can trigger headaches, and headaches are unbearable certainly stressful. To break this cycle, control of stress to reduce nyut nyut in the head.

The problem is it seems impossible to avoid the stress that every day will always appear. However, we can control stress, which will eventually get rid of a headache.

So that stress does not carry disease, do effective time management. Have a priority list to accomplish the tasks that exist. Write down all the things that will be made in detail to avoid forgetting.

In addition, we also can make the days that passed over lightly by being relaxed and having time off to clear my own mind. Lastly, do not forget to laugh. When the laughter of the body will release endorphins that help us feel more relaxed, comfortable and positive.
